Meet: David Goussanou

David is 17 years old and is also from the Ivory Coast. He moved here 10 years ago. He spent 7 years in Winnipeg and 3 in Montreal. He speaks fluent French, English and Spanish. He lives in the South Shore but comes to Mont Royal for long boarding. He is heading to cegap in Jan and will study mechanical aeronautics. He has 2 brothers. He loves soccer and cooking. Summer Lovin!!






Meet the Yamac family: Tuba, Showan, Zeki aged 3 1/2 and Lalehzar aged 2. The kids were amazing and spent their time feeding the ducks, smelling flowers and climbing trees. Thanks so much to the Yamac's for a beautiful morning in Parc La Fontaine.

Meet: Femanda Kanote Dorothee


Femanda is from the Ivory Coast. She is 28 years old and in a long distance relationship. She moved to Montreal a few years ago and became a yoga instructor in Old Montreal. She is also a singer and a musician. She is just back from a trip to Malawi where she was doing research on their music, but also taught yoga while she was there. In her spare time she loves to make clothes.
