Almond Flour Biscuits

Today I made some almond flour biscuits. I have to be honest they are very easy to make and not at all time consuming. I saw this recipe on Roost website and this woman takes not only amazing photos but has amazing recipes. The best part is these are gluten free for all you with that damned allergy out there. My girlfriend recently diagnosed with gluten/dairy with the exception of eggs, has a hard time finding treats and breads in this city. So if you want to bake for your loved one or a friend and make their day then I suggest you hop on the almond flour biscuit train. The recipe is below.
Almond Flour Biscuits:5 cups of almond flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
4 eggs
1/2 cup of ghee or oil
1/2 cup honey
Heat your oven to 350f. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients like flour, salt and baking soda. In another bowl combine all wet, eggs, honey and oil. Mix the wet ingredients together and after pour into dry ingredients.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, drop your biscuit batter onto the sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for about 15-20mins until golden brown. Insert toothpick to make sure batter is cooked inside. Let them cool but serve warm...Hmmmm delicioso..
This makes about 12 biscuits
