Tapas

I recently bought some Jamie Oliver cookbooks and I will openly admit, I am obsessed. Jamie your recipes are delicious and though sometimes I make adjustments and leave out meat, it is still so flavourful. Last Thursday, I made some Spanish tapas such as patatas bravas, smashed chick peas and the best tomato and chorizo salad served with baguette and goat cheese. Hmmmmmmmm what a hit, you can find these recipes in Jamie Oliver's food escapes cookbook.
