Spaghetti Vongole

This Jamie Oliver recipe was a hit in our house last winter. It is best when made with small clams, but given they were not available in our hood, a few tweaks had to be made. I ended up using larger ones which changed the cooking time, but I also added some mussels. If you like your food with a kick, then throw in some red pepper flakes once its cooked and give it a stir.  Serve it up with a hot baguette and some delicious wine. Hey presto, you have one happy family.
